Review Guidelines

This website is for Christian singles who are at least 18 years old. If you are NOT a single Christian who is at least 18 years old, no offense, but please leave. Be advised that when you write and submit a review, you must attest to the fact that you are 18 or older.

5 STARS IS THE HIGHEST RANKING:

If you just want to rank a site using 1 to 5 stars, (and you do not want to write a review): please type “JUST STARS” in the text spaces for the written part of the Christian Singles Survey. We will tabulate your star rating.

In all cases you must include at least your FIRST NAME, CITY, STATE (or province), and COUNTRY, or your submission will be disqualified.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. You must have actually, personally experienced what you are reviewing. For example, for the benefit of singles looking for an online dating service please write a constructive, helpful review of a dating site ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE TRIED IT FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH.
2. To provide the best guidance for prospective dating service users: please be specific about what you liked or disliked about the dating site you are reviewing. For example, comments about whether the dating service met, exceeded or fell short of your expectations would be helpful, but ONLY IF YOU include how many people you actually wrote to, how many hours per week you actively searched the database. (It is unfair to passively post a profile at a dating site, do very little or none “active” searching and writing to other members; and then come here and right a highly critical review.)
3. If you have been a member of other dating services for at least a month, comparative comments would be helpful as long as you adhere to guideline #2 above.
4. Please tell how you discovered a particular dating service.
5. Please ONLY submit reviews that are written in English, after checking spelling and grammar in a word processing program like MS Word or Word Perfect.
6. Any dirty, hateful or inappropriate language or comments will disqualify your review from being considered by our editorial staff.
7. Any review that is a shameful commercial plug or slam will be deleted.
8. At the sole and complete discretion of our editorial staff, your review can be edited or corrected for spelling, grammar or content.
9. All reviews are subject to approval at the sole and complete discretion of our editorial staff. All comments, emails or reviews submitted to us become the copyrighted property of Nextin, Inc. a California corporation.

REVIEWING DATING SERVICE WEBSITES:
Please recommend only dating websites that you have actually used for at least one month. Using the 5 categories below, please rank your favorite dating website with 1 to 5 stars for:

1. Privacy/Safety - based on privacy of customer information and also how reliability of anonymous e-mail forwarding, (Chat and Instant Messaging is not considered since we recommend not relying on chat or IM to find a mate. A prayerful and careful, detailed search is best.)

2. Christian Content - based on number of quality Christian profiles found, posted prayers, statement of faith, Christian links, Christ-like, cheerful and prompt customer service help.

3. Website Speed - based on how fast pages load and database search speed, also speed of anonymous e-mail forwarding.

4. Search Selection - based on size and demographics of database.

5. Search Options - based on how detailed of a search can be conducted.

ANSWERING SURVEY QUESTIONS:
Please answer a particular survey question based on your biblical perspective as a single Christian; how it affects you personally; and rate the survey question itself with 1 to 5 stars based on how important it is to you and your fellow Christian singles.

REVIEWING CHRISTIAN BOOKS:
Because the ranking of books is far more subjective, please rank your favorite Christian books with 1 to 5 stars based on how well you think it will benefit or enrich the lives of other Christian singles like yourself. If you suggest a Christian book item for review please be certain that it is NOT already included in our Christian books pages. Thank you.
