All further reference to Actively Dating, Meet Christian Singles for Dating; MeetChristianSingles.com; or ADMCSD is to be considered inclusive of Nextin, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third parties. ADMCSD shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in this web site, and reserves the right to make changes without notice. All ADMCSD and third party information is provided on an "as is" basis. The user agrees by using this service to accept all risks of use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There is no express or implied merchantability or fitness for use or noninfringement. This entire service or any portion of the ADMCSD website can be shut down, or changed at any time without notice or liability to you. By registering for any of the dating services, or using ADMCSD in any way, you are stating that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you are not married.

Because ADMCSD does not own or operate any of the websites that are reviewed, evaluated and reported on by our editorial staff, we are not responsible for their written or visual content or any of their business practices including FREE trial memberships, pricing or any other offers made by third parties. We are not responsible for the results or lack of results from you using any of the links from www.MeetChristianSingles.com to any website that is reviewed, reported on, surveyed, advertised or part of our link exchange program.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of submission, all survey data, comments, emails or any other form of written or visual information submitted to our editorial staff becomes the copyrighted property of Nextin, Inc. dba MeetChristianSingles.com and can not be retracted. YOUR PRIVACY

We do not sell or disseminate any information about you, period! In fact, we take a very dim view of companies who seek to profit from the private information of individuals. Our view is that “the American dream” includes protecting the right to individual privacy, and that includes freedom from being preyed upon by aggressive/intrusive marketing “jerks” who cost consumers countless hours of precious time dealing with junk mail, SPAM, etc.

We do not publish last names, only first names with or without the initial of your last name. For example a comment submitted to us by James Wright would be attributed to “James W. Chicago, IL”. Furthermore, we never publish any other private information about you unless it is revealed in the body text of your actual comment. For example in the comments of some individuals (or couples) they indicate where they met, started dating, were married, locations traveled to or from for their honeymoon, etc.

ADMCSD does not investigate or accept responsibility for claims made in any advertisement. The screening of respondents is solely the responsibility of the advertiser. ADMCSD assumes no liability for the content of any advertisement placed on the ADMCSD website, or any written or verbal or visual responses to said advertisement. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold ADMCSD harmless from all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), resulting from or caused by an advertisement placed by the advertiser(s), or any reply to an advertisement made by a respondent. We are not responsible for any damage (monetary, physical, or psychological), including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from your use of the ADMCSD service. We disclaim responsibility from any damage from any cause, including, but not limited to, computer viruses, or other destructive software. We also disclaim responsibility for any damage of any sort caused by other subscribers or visitors whether in content of their e-mail or chat room messages or in person. ADMCSD will not monitor or resolve disputes between users of ADMCSD review service and the websites or companies reviewed. ADMCSD will not monitor or resolve disputes between users of ADMCSD review service and the individual users of personals, matchmaking and dating services. At our sole discretion and option we may modify, remove, edit or alter any content contained in the ADMCSD website.

Pornographic/offensive/vulgar ads are deleted with no warning and with no refund. With the exception of advertisements created by users, content e-mailed or submitted to, or contained within the ADMCSD website is the copyrighted property of ADMCSD. You fully understand that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of all written, verbal and visual information expressed or implied in any of your advertisements posted on the reviewed websites, and any response you make to the advertisements of others. You will treat e-mails and other information as private and will not forward that information without permission of the originator of the information. You will indemnify ADMCSD for infringement. You warrant that you will not use ADMCSD to engage in the willful posting of, sending of, or e-mailing of: anything sexually explicit; computer viruses or other destructive software (a Federal crime); solicitations (no selling) of any kind; anything rude, libelous, slanderous, abusive, racially defamatory, insulting, blasphemous, threatening, humiliating or any kind of sexual harassment. You agree that no illegal or illicit activities, chain letters, multiple or mass mailings (SPAM) are allowed. You agree NOT to violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy) of others; and NOT to commit fraud or any other unlawful act.

You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the courts in the county of Sonoma, state of California, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will stay in effect. We may modify the subject provision to make it valid and enforceable as a matter of law.

By using any part of the ADMCSD website at www.MeetChristianSingles.com, including the websites, chat rooms, personals or matchmaking and dating services reviewed or linked to by ADMCSD you acknowledge that you agree with all the terms and conditions in this Agreement and that you are representing yourself, and that you are not using a name, identity, credit card or e-mail address belonging to another person. The right to use ADMCSD is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. You are solely responsible for the proper use of the Username and Password that you create for your use only. A waiver of one breach of this agreement does not imply a waiver of any subsequent breach of this agreement.

This Users Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Nextin, Inc. doing business as ADMCSD, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and third parties. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated above, you may not use ADMCSD or any part of this website, including the dating services reviews, links and articles.
